We stayed for a week in the UK Easter hol - ignorantly I hadn't appreciated it was Ramadan then Eid at the end of our trip; not that this interrupted anything significant for us. We got a great price for Full board (1 adult 3 x kids approx £1900 ) and the staff couldn't have been warmer or kinder. They offered my children off menu fries and hand made pizzas noticing that they were fussy - the hotel food was delicious - all fresh - tender meat and seasoned veg with a moroccan lilt - which is exactly the reason my fussy kids didn't love the food as it was all so fresh and regional. The pool was large and on many occasions we had it to ourselves with just a few guests sun bathing. The gentleman at the pool was friendly and attentive to the kids - they loved his dogs who lazed in the sun all day. The hotel looked very smart from the outside and the cleaners kept the inside spotless - areas exposed to the sun like balconies and pool tiles were weathered in places but that's life and tropical heat for you. The reception staff made my day when they happily printed our boarding passes, we were not aware Marrakech airport does not accept digital passes so they relieved some last minute stress for me. There were taxis outside the hotel at all hours so travelling to local sites was simple and the prices were reasonable (average 100 dirham per fare) We could see planes landing into Marrakech airport from the hotel so we were approx a 10 min cab ride from most local landmarks. We visited Le Jardin Majorelle - the YSL Museum - The fantasia show. We nipped to the souks also (this was mainly shut due to eid but that was my mistake) We were also a 5 min walk from the large local mall that was modern and equipped with Western eateries and clothe shops - this was helpful to grab a Papa Johns/Costa snacks for the kids and some arm bands that we hadn't packed. All in all I was so happy with price - appearance and staff at the hotel.

We were greeted by Idris, as if we were old friends and the stay got better and better! What a fabulous hotel. I am so very grateful that I ignored some of the terrible Google reviews and went for this. The hotel is a Grand Dame of hotels, okay not in her first flush of youth but the hotel has buckets of character, and the stay is what you make of it. We got a 5th floor room which had hand carved wood panelling, two double beds, Ensuite bathroom with hairdryer and views overlooking the Atlas Moutains (this was a bargain basic room without a view!!) and it included breakfast and a lovely heated pool to lie besides. I mean, what more do us girls need! The guys at breakfast Hassan, Karim et al were fantastic and made my mum feel special - so appreciated. The team by the pool were happy to get drinks for us and we love their Croque Madam! Also, Blackie the pool dog is the best 🙏 Go - enjoy yourself and don’t except a £50 a night hotel to be perfect and you’ll have a great time! Top stay.

The hotel was truly beautiful and exceptionally clean. Its decoration with fresh roses added a charming touch. The swimming pool was fantastic, and the garden at the back was breathtakingly lovely. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options to suit everyone’s taste. The hotel staff was very cooperative and ensured a comfortable stay. The security arrangements were excellent, giving us peace of mind, and the parking system was well-organized. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and felt extremely happy during our stay. Thank you for providing such excellent hospitality.

Grand older building, a little tired in some areas. But this didn’t impact our stay. The beds and bedding were very comfortable and spotless. The room had a lovely balcony with a view. Excellent pool area. Pool bar service was excellent and all members of staff were really friendly and helpful. Omelette and Moroccan fried bread at breakfast were delicious, fresh squeezed Orange juice also. Really lovely cafe bar attached to hotel out on the street. Really nice place to have an evening drink. Neighbourhood was great. Felt very safe, ran on my own a couple of times during my stay

The receptionist treated me arrogantly and asked me to sign a marriage contract for my wife and I, although I have visited this hotel many times and they did not ask me for a marriage contract. Perhaps because of the lack of experience of the receptionist, because my wife’s residence certificate shows that she is my wife. I hope that the receptionist will be more intelligent so as not to embarrass himself. In general, the hotel is beautiful, the room is comfortable, and the breakfast is very wonderful and varied.
