Grand older building, a little tired in some areas. But this didn’t impact our stay. The beds and bedding were very comfortable and spotless. The room had a lovely balcony with a view. Excellent pool area. Pool bar service was excellent and all members of staff were really friendly and helpful. Omelette and Moroccan fried bread at breakfast were delicious, fresh squeezed Orange juice also. Really lovely cafe bar attached to hotel out on the street. Really nice place to have an evening drink. Neighbourhood was great. Felt very safe, ran on my own a couple of times during my stay

We arrived late due to a delay in our train arriving from Fes and we checked in after 11pm. I had booked a twin room but the hotel upgraded us to a suite with a pool side view for free. The service we received throughout our stay was outstanding, I can not fault it in anyway. I have a disability and the hotel went out of its way to accommodate us in every way possible. All the staff from reception, dinning hall and porters are soo friendly and welcoming, even the cleaning staff were very helpful. The hotel is clean, child friendly and as we only had breakfast at the hotel, I cannot not comment on the lunch and dinner varieties. But the breakfast there is variety of continental and traditional foods but would have preferred that they changed the breakfast menu a bit as it was the same every day. Also to add some more types of fruits to the menu as it’s was only grapes and pomegranates. I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Marrakech as the location is ideal, jus a short walk to the Jamaa El Fnna square and the Souks. Also there is a taxi rank just outside the hotel. The surroundings of the hotel is very spacious, calming and lots of nature.

Continental breakfast delicious, VG selection of bread, pancakes, fruit, honey, jam, cheese, ham + cooked breakfast; staff helpful/friendly 😊; location 10 mins taxi airport/10 mins Medina, centre; lovely swimming pool 👍

Great location, near the casino as we were playing poker. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice choices for breakfast, freshly squeezed juices, omelette and eggs to order, plus traditional Moroccan dishes. Lovely bread and pastries. Nice pool area, free towels. Room a little dated but functional, bed soft and comfy. Hotel to airport 100 Durham. Exchange rate pounds to dirhams at hotel very good. Plenty of top notch resteraunt within walking distance. Will defiantly go back.

The location was good and quite central to all the main locations. It was opposite the Menara Mall which was very convenient. We were very close to the Jemma El Fina square and masjid Koutobia.

The property has a lot and offers many amenities, from poolside food and drink service to spa treatments to full on-site restaurant. And, it is walkable to the mosque and Medina.

We loved our stay at Andalous, very good hotel with spacious pool, good location, air conditioned room, helpful lovely staff. unfortunately we stayed only one night so we didn't tried the spa that looks good but will come next time

Location is good , close to all places to visit. Good pool , staff is good. , also has money changing facility on the reception desk .

The location excellent! the outside hotel very nice, the swimming pool beautiful and comfortable. overall I would go again for the outside area. the rooms were old and not too clean. the lady who organises excursions was very kind and helpful.
